List of Spaces
List of Spaces gives you a single, clean screen showing every Space inside the current Workspace - perfect for jumping in, reordering, or managing access in seconds.
Access List
- Go to Workspace -> three dots -> Spaces and Projects OR
- Go to Workspace Views -> List/Board View -> List of Spaces and its associated projects will appear.
List of Spaces
| Field | Description |

| Icon & Color | Choose a representative icon and color to visually distinguish your space |
| Name | Provide a clear and meaningful name of your space. |
| Count of Projects | Provides total count of projects associated to space. |
Quick actions on List
- Drag-and-drop to reorder (visual hierarchy matters!)
- Click any Space name → instantly load its Space View (List or Board)
- Search bar -> To search a specific section.
- Filter by owner or project count.
